Basic Facts about the United Nations (DPI Publication in Armenian)

The publication of the Armenian version of the book is the UN DPI Yerevan Office initiative. It was published in 2002 by the support of the Resident Coordinator on the occasion of 10th anniversary of the UN Office in Armenia. It was translated from the “Basic Facts about the United Nations”, published in New York in 2000. The publication of the Armenian version of this book is one of the rare samples in national languages.

UN Activities in Armenia: Educators' Perspective (DPI Publication in Armenian And Russian)

The Report sums up the results of the sociological survey conducted in February-July 2002 on the initiative of the DPI Yerevan Office and with the support of UN Resident Coordinator and other UN Agencies in Armenia. Teachers of 3 new high school curricula (Human Rights, Civic Education and State & Law) were surveyed.

Materials about UN and HR (DPI Publication in Armenian)

The purpose of the book is to give information about the UN system and activities, human rights field and UN Office in Armenia to Human Rights educators at secondary and high school teachers, who teach Human Rights related subjects. The materials compiled in this book are: Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Charter, Millennium Declaration were translated by DPI and the translations of the other treaties and conventions were done by Armenian Association of International Law.
